• Transaction Data: We do not store your credit card or mobile money details; these are handled entirely by Paystack. We only receive confirmation of payment.
• Technical Data: IP addresses and cookies to improve your user experience and platform security.

2.2 How We Use Your Data

• Order Fulfillment: Sharing your design and address with the assigned Printer and Courier.
• Communication: Sending order updates via email/SMS.
• Optimization: Using anonymized data to improve the "Instant Quotation" engine and UI/UX.

2.3 Data Sharing with Third Parties

We only share data necessary to complete your order:

• Printers: Receive your artwork and job specifications.
• Couriers: Receive your name, phone number, and delivery address.
• Paystack: Receives your billing info to process payment.

2.4 Data Retention & Security

• Artwork Storage: Your files are stored on encrypted cloud storage. We typically retain artwork for 45 days post-delivery to allow for easy re-ordering, after which they may be archived or deleted.
• Security Measures: We use SSL encryption for all data transfers and follow industry-standard "GDPR-level" data protection protocols.
