Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: February 2026
Welcome to PrintRun (accessible at printrun.app). By using our platform, you agree to the following terms. PrintRun is a digital platform that connects Customers with various independent Printing Service Providers ("Printers").
1.1 The Marketplace Role
PrintRun provides the technology to facilitate printing orders. We do not own printing presses, nor do we produce physical goods. The contract for the printing work is between the Customer and the Printer. PrintRun acts as an escrow and dispute resolution intermediary.
1.2 User Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.
1.3 Artwork & Intellectual Property
- Ownership: You retain 100% ownership of the designs you upload.
- License: By uploading artwork, you grant PrintRun and the assigned Printer a limited license to process and print the file for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.
- Content Policy: We prohibit the printing of illegal, infringing, or highly offensive material. PrintRun reserves the right to cancel orders that violate local laws.
1.4 Payments & Fees
- Transaction: Payments are processed securely via Paystack.
- Service Fee: A non-refundable GHS 5.00 platform fee is applied to each transaction to cover secure processing and cloud infrastructure.
- Escrow: PrintRun holds your payment in escrow. Funds are released to the Printer only after delivery is confirmed or the dispute window has closed.
1.5 Returns, Refunds & Disputes
- Print Quality: Printers are responsible for color accuracy and finishing. If a product is defective, you must report it via the PrintRun dashboard within 24 hours of delivery.
- Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before the Printer marks the status as "In Production." Once production begins, refunds are not permitted unless the final product is defective.
1.6 Limitation of Liability
PrintRun is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or delays caused by third-party courier services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
